As a first-generation Cuban American, David knows firsthand the need to protect those things you love, worked hard for and sacrificed for — and he’s passionate about helping clients and families do just that.

David was taught about the rewards hard work can bring by his grandparents, who immigrated to the U.S. to pursue a better life for their children. It was from them that David learned one of the most important lessons: Never be scared to put in the effort necessary to be successful.

“Try to keep an open mind and embrace change when it comes your way,” David advises. “Change represents the opportunities we have to improve our lives or the lives of those we love.”

When he started in financial services, David held several roles, including life insurance consultant, workplace benefits consultant and personal banker. Seeing how difficult life could be for those without any savings or plans for the future, he decided to become an independent financial advisor and open his own firm where he could serve his clients’ best interests. His previous experiences shaped how he works with people today, striving always to mitigate risk as much as possible while still achieving his clients’ goals.

David is a financial professional who can offer investment and insurance products and services. He has passed the Series 63 and 65 securities exams and holds annuity, health and life insurance licenses. He graduated from Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont, with a Bachelor of Arts in history.

David and his wife, Allison, live in Clarksville with their daughters Delaney, Charlotte and dog, Nash. David and Allison both love college football but are a house divided as he is an Alabama Crimson Tide fan while Allison roots for her alma mater, the University of Tennessee. In his free time, David loves to read, travel and vacation on the Gulf side of Florida with his family.
